Ownership:

• You retain ownership of your photo catalog ("Catalog") and Personalized Style.

Data Usage:

By using the Service, you grant Fotello a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Process and analyze your photos to develop and apply your Personalized Style.
• Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve Fotello's algorithms and services.

Data Privacy and Limitations:

• Fotello will not sell, share, or otherwise use your photos or Personalized Style for third-party purposes without your consent.
• Your Personalized Style will not be shared with other users without explicit approval.

5. Privacy

Your use of Fotello is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

6. SMS Communications

By using our Service, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Fotello regarding your account, service updates, and promotional offers. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message from Fotello. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful or malicious purposes.
• Use the Service to develop competing platforms or services.
