This guide walks you through creating cinematic walkthrough videos using Fotello for photo editing and Higgsfield.ai for AI video generation. Follow the steps below to create professional real estate trailers.

1. Set up Higgsfield AI for video generation

  • Open Higgsfield.ai and sign in
  • Open Video
  • Choose Kling 2.5 Turbo
  • Upload your start and end frames

2. Go to Fotello and create a new listing

Go to Fotello and create a new listing.

3. Process your images

  • Create a new listing and drag or drop your RAW files or JPEGs directly into Fotello
  • Keep original filenames because we use EXIF data to auto-group brackets
  • Choose your bracketing mode—select Manual for flambient or complex timing
  • Configure Perspective Correction (keep ON for most shots) and choose your Sky Style for exteriors
  • Click "Enhance" and Foton will process your entire shoot in about 2 minutes

4. Prepare your images for the walkthrough

Click on your listing and select the images you want for your cinematic walkthrough—interior and exterior shots. These will serve as start and end frames for each shot. Once your images are edited and ready, download them.

5. Use prompts to tell the camera what to do

The model is your virtual camera operator. The prompt is your direction. Example: "Smooth drone shot that starts wide above the neighborhood and slowly moves closer toward the front of the house. Real estate listing video, natural lighting, 4K, steady camera, professional."

6. Get the exact AI prompts

  • We use specific prompts to create stunning cinematic walkthroughs
  • Enter your details below to unlock the prompts you can copy and paste directly into Higgsfield.ai

7. Reuse and repeat

Use the same prompts for consistent results across your cinematic walkthrough videos. After a few rounds you'll have a folder full of short clips that feel like they were captured on a gimbal or drone.

8. Merge everything into one video

Use any editor you're comfortable with: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Instagram Reels. Drop your clips on a timeline, add a title card with the property address, light background music, your logo and contact at the end. Export in vertical for social or horizontal for listing pages and your trailer is ready to share.
