AI Virtual Staging Video

This guide walks you through creating virtual staging videos using Fotello for photo editing and staging, and Higgsfield.ai for AI video generation. Follow the steps below to transform empty interiors into engaging video tours.

1. Set up Higgsfield AI for video generation

• Open Higgsfield.ai and sign in
• Open Video
• Choose Kling 2.6
• Upload your start and end frames

2. Prepare your images in Fotello

Go to Fotello and create a new listing. Drag or drop your RAW files or JPEGs directly into Fotello. Keep original filenames so EXIF data can auto-group brackets. Choose your bracketing mode (Manual for flambient), configure Perspective Correction and Sky Style, then click "Enhance". Foton will process your shoot in about 2 minutes.

3. Stage your image and download

• Click on your listing and select the image you want to stage
• On the right panel, click the icon to open the Virtual Staging Panel
• Choose your room type, select a furniture style, and click Create
• Once staging is complete, download the images

4. Generate your video in Higgsfield

Back in Higgsfield, upload your staged images as start and end frames. The model acts as your virtual camera operator. Use creative prompts to animate the staging, e.g., furniture moving in, decorations growing, etc.

5. Get the exact AI prompts

We use specific prompts to create stunning virtual staging transitions. Enter your details below to unlock the prompts you can copy and paste directly into Higgsfield.ai when you select frames to video.

6. Reuse and repeat

• Use the same prompts for consistent results across your virtual staging videos
• After a few rounds you'll have a folder full of short clips showing the transition in different interiors of the house

7. Merge everything into one video

Use any editor you're comfortable with: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Instagram Reels. Drop your clips on a timeline, add a title card with the property address, light background music, your logo and contact at the end. Export in vertical for social or horizontal for listing pages.
